NOTE: It is important to remember that, unless otherwise indicated, all Proficiencies are CUMULATIVE. That is, a Proficiency II test includes not only the requirements shown below for Proficiency II, but also all of the requirements shown for Proficiency I.  Similarly, a Proficiency III test includes not only the Proficiency III, but also all of the requirements shown below for Proficiency I and for Proficiency II.
