Alumni without younger sibling in HSMA: Registration Fee + ½ the above tuition.

In general, tuition is due at the beginning of each semester, and all fees should be paid off at the end of each semester. Doing this will avoid all bookkeeping and late fees.* September 14 Registration fee (mandatory) and at least ½ of first semester tuition due at time of registration.
October 5 Finance/bookkeeping fee ($20 per semester per family) applied if first semester tuition not paid in full. Students may not participate beyond this point if registration fee and at least ½ of first semester fee is not paid.**
December 7 All first semester charges due, including tuition, BJU, uniforms, etc.
December 21 Late fee ($25) applied to all open accounts.
January 4 Second semester tuition due, at least ½ of second semester tuition must be paid. Students may not register if first semester bill still unpaid.
February 8 Finance/bookkeeping fee ($20 per semester per family) applied if second semester tuition not paid in full. Students may not participate beyond this point if at least ½ of second semester fee is not paid.**
April 12 All fees due. Late fee ($25) applied if not paid in full. Two week grace period starts (student can still participate even if account not paid).
April 26 Students may not participate beyond this point if accounts still unpaid.*** *In extraordinary circumstances other payment arrangements can be made with the treasurer PRIOR to the due date; after the due date all fees and consequences will apply.
**Reinstatement will occur when the treasurer receives payment.
***After missing this deadline the Board, not the treasurer, must review and reinstate on a case-by-case basis. |
